Once an order is processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. We recommend using a residential address (not a vacation address), as customs processing times are unpredictable.

7. What is the shipping timeframe, and how can I track my package?

Delivery time depends on your selected shipping option. After shipment, we will email you a tracking number and tracking platform link. We are not liable for delays caused by your country’s customs department.
