  • Delivery timeframe: While we strive to expedite dispatch, actual delivery times may remain similar to Standard Shipping (2–4 weeks for major regions, 2–5 weeks for other areas) due to variables such as carrier capacity and international logistics.
  • Full insurance coverage: Same as Standard Shipping—your item is protected against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Important Shipping Notes


  • Split Shipments: Some orders may be shipped in separate parcels and arrive on different dates. This occurs when items are stored in multiple warehouses or fulfillments centers, and we dispatch each item as soon as it is ready to ensure you receive your order as efficiently as possible. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipped parcel.

  • To claim insurance coverage, please submit sufficient proof (including clear photos/videos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label; tracking information; and a detailed description of the issue) to our support team within 14 days of delivery. 5. Order Changes & Modifications


We understand that you may need to adjust your order after placement. To ensure we can accommodate changes, please adhere to the following policy:
